A few things you might like to know about LIFE COACHING...

In a nutshell, a Life Coach helps you to clarify what you want in life, identify your strengths and weaknesses as well as help you overcome obstacles that hold you back or keep coming in your way time and again. They will also assist you to find the needed motivation for achieving what you want and train you to beat your own resistance along with providing accountability.

A Life Coach focuses on what's happening with you right now, what you want next and how that gap can be bridged. So basically, a Life coach looks at your present to help you create the future you desire while a Therapist looks at your past to help you manage your present.

Life Coaching will demand you to be more action oriented as compared to in therapy. It's about chasing your dreams in life, going after the things that are really important to you with proven scientific tools and techniques that a Life Coach will use to help and support you in achieving them.

Sessions will be scheduled on mutually convenient days and time slots after discussing it with you. All sessions will be conducted online on Zoom.
